Tara Dadd

Head of Operations and Portfolio Administrator

Tara found her home at Cornerstone Capital in 2012, first as a Portfolio Administrator and later as the firm’s Head of Operations. She is an expert at bringing you accessible information, making the complex simple. Tara has a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you know your finances are in good hands.

Tara grew up on the East Coast and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College.

When not at work, she enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, live music, photography, and home improvement.

    • Earned her BA in Sociology and Art History from Smith College in Northampton, MA.

    • Was the operations manager at Aviva International, a consulting firm that licensed television and video distribution rights domestically and internationally.

    • Stepped outside of the workforce to focus on family and volunteer work for the PTA and other educational organizations.

    • Joined Cornerstone Capital in 2012 as a portfolio administrator.

    • Became Head of Operations in 2024 in addition to her current role.
